Writer didn't follow the case option - here the options-- You may base this assignment on your current role if it is one where you can discuss details (or embellish background to support) and is your own work (i.e. not a plan developed by another). Option 2: Meals at Home Service You have been engaged as the Project Manager by a company that creates meal plans and delivers ingredients for cooking at home. Although the firm has an online ordering systems for their customers, they still use a manual system to record the time of casual employees. The business has undergone an extraordinary rate of growth during recent years. As a result, their manual system has become unworkable and the business leaders have concluded they need to implement a cloud-based time management and billing system. The system must provide time-tracking, reporting, timesheets, and invoicing on an individual project basis, and integrate directly into the firm’s existing accounting software. The business leaders are aware that on top of the significant technical challenges in implementing such a system, there will be additional stresses on already busy staff as they learn and adapt to the new system. As project manager, the pressure is on you to deliver this crucial piece of software on-time, on- budget, and with 100% buy-in from staff. Option 3: Health Equipment Services You are engaged as the Project Manager to successfully implement a new delivery system for Health Equipment Services (HES). HES is the equipment delivery arm of a state government health department which services public hospitals throughout the state. Currently, equipment is sourced from multiple locations and brought to several regional distribution centres to then be delivered. With rising labour and supply chain costs, HES has decided to trial a new delivery system that incorporates private logistics and supply chains, including the use of Amazon. The goal is for the hospitals to be able to request smaller amounts (instead of waiting for larger deliveries) and replenish supplies more rapidly. There are around 45 delivery / supply staff at each hospital who will need to be trained on the new ordering system. They cannot be sent all off to a training camp, so will need to be trained in batches of 5 persons at a time.
